The system provides a unified dashboard where financial activities can be monitored in real time. At the top of the dashboard, the Net Worth indicator shows the overall financial position of the organization. Additional indicators display Income Today, Expense Today, Income This Month, and Expense This Month, allowing administrators to quickly assess financial activity without generating detailed reports.

The Net Worth and Account Balances section summarizes the total available funds across all linked bank and cash accounts. This section helps financial managers understand liquidity levels and monitor account balances across different financial sources.

SP Finance also includes visual financial insights through the Income vs Expense chart, which compares earnings and expenditures for the selected month. This helps leadership identify financial trends, track performance, and detect surplus or deficit patterns.

The system includes a comprehensive invoice management module where invoices are categorized as Unpaid, Partially Paid, or Paid. Administrators can quickly identify outstanding receivables and review invoice details such as invoice number, account, amount, issue date, due date, and payment status.

To provide immediate visibility into cash flow movements, SP Finance displays the Latest Income and Latest Expense entries, including transaction date, description, and amount. This allows administrators to review recent financial activities without navigating to detailed reports.

Overall, SP Finance provides businesses with a structured environment to manage financial records, track operational costs, monitor account balances, and generate financial reports, helping organizations maintain financial clarity and operational efficiency.
